Do I have to be a certain age to purchase ammo from this website? You must be 21 years of age or older in order to purchase ammunition from Bucking Horse Outpost.
Can I Checkout as a Guest? No. You MUST create an Account to order products from Bucking Horse Outpost. For best results, create your Account prior to checking out vs. during checkout.
Are prices by the box or by the case? The majority of our ammunition products - with the exception of special packaging (such as ammo cans or loose pack bundles) – are sold by the box. We have begun offering products for sale by the case, as well. Each item listing should indicate how that product is packaged.
What forms of payment do you accept? We will only accept payment by credit card and you must set up an account with Bucking Horse Outpost before you can checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we currently offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $175.
What is Package Protection? Package Protection represents assurance from Bucking Horse Outpost that if something happens to your order in transit, we will remedy the situation in a hassle-free, expedited manner. CLICK HERE for details.
What states will you ship to? Bucking Horse Outpost WILL SHIP AMMUNITION TO Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
What states will you NOT SHIP to? Bucking Horse Outpost WILL NOT SHIP AMMUNITION outside the United States or to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., or any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by law from shipping similar products. If you attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled. Bucking Horse Outpost WILL NOT SHIP MAGAZINES outside the United States or to Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington.
No shipping options at checkout? If you get a message at checkout that says No shipping options were found for (destination), you have either entered an address that falls within a restricted region OR you need to set up your customer account.
Will I receive tracking information for my order? Yes, you should receive an email with your FedEx or UPS tracking number once your order has been processed.
Adult Signature Required: Be advised that an adult signature will be required upon delivery of product. This is not optional.
What happens if I am not available when the Carrier attempts delivery? Both carriers (FedEx and UPS) will make three attempts to deliver your package(s) and secure your adult signature. If the third attempt fails, your package will be returned to Bucking Horse Outpost. Be sure to pay attention to your shipping confirmation and estimated delivery date.
What is your return policy? ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the sensitive nature of what we sell and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returned ammunition. (Some exceptions may apply.)
How do I know if an item is in stock? When an item goes out of stock, it will no longer be visible on the site.
How frequently do you restock? This is nearly impossible to predict as product availability continues to remain a challenge for our industry.
Do you offer FET-out pricing for law enforcement? FET-out pricing is NOT available.
Do you honor tax exemption for dealers? No, we do not.
